Our online store uses Australian post to dispatch deliveries.
For orders above $100, orders can only be received upon signing a signature to avoid loss/theft.
Our standard delivery is usually 5-7 business days and Express delivery usually next day. However due to COVID, there has been delays on all Australian post delivers. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We cannot guarantee delivery times anymore however we have seen some of our deliveries arrive on time while some have been affected.
Australian post does not guarantee delivery times anymore.
Please place your orders ahead of time to ensure you receive your parcel on time before it is need to avoid disappointments.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We should have received the product within the 14 days. If for any reason there is delay in delivery, we will need to see the date the product was dropped off at the post office to ensure it was within the 14 days period.
The product must be in the same condition packaging that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The wig/hair must not be washed or anything else done to it.
PLEASE NOTE : THERE IS NO REFUND ON PURCHASES MADE USING AFTER-PAY ONLY EXCHANGE OF SIMILAR VALUE CAN BE GRANTED.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED .
After we receive your item, it will be inspected and if it meets the above criteria, your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
